My daughter purchased a pieace of land. New TCT was issued in her name. However we noticed that compared to an old TCT of another property, the new TCT does not have on the upper right corner, the Book No. and the page No. Although in the new TCT it has a numbered bar code. WE know that the Book NO. and the page No. on the upper right corner indicate the Registry Book and page no. is the same the last two digit of the Title No.Because of this info not found in the new TCT,does this mean that the new TCT is fake.? Thank for any reply you can give me.
