hello atty. ask lang nakatanggap ako ng resolution ngayon issued on feb 2. 2012. said that case of simple theft against me. at naka saad doon na the subpuena has been sent but i did not receive any subpuena in my house only receive now is the resolution case filed against me. wala akong kinuha at wala naman witness na maka pagtibay na akoy nag nakaw...do i need to reply the resolution filed against me?... maging wanted na ba ako sa NBI, DFA?....pls help me what to do atty.. advise me. false accusation kasi sinasampa nila sa akin....
