Rights as a wife

Good day to all. atty's as a wife i have right to fincial support or allotment even we dont have children?since my husband work in uae before i didn't obligate him to give monthly because he help his family and i understand. but now his working in taiwan even single centavo he didnt give me.because like he said he has a loan but i found out that he has a mistress and they saw hte facebook account there some post or picture wih his mistress and they pround of whay they are doing...my question is what is the best actions for this kind of unresponsible person and repeatedly infedility only text messages and pic from fb account and confirmation messages that they had relationship...if i fie the legal separation..what is the outcome?he can remarried again?he can live with this mistress?please give me an advice. deportation is possible?

send him a demand letter then you can file a complaint for economic abuse under ra 9262.
