Hi, I hope you can help me po. I got married with a Singaporean last 2009 here in Singapore and got annulled in 2011. We reported the marriage in NSO thru the Phil Embassy here in Singapore.

Now, I'm getting married in 20 days to another Singaporean and here in Singapore again.

Can we report the marriage to the Phil Embassy again? I also wish to change my surname into my fiance's surname after the wedding.

Can I be charged with bigamy even if both marriages took place here in Singapore?

*I am legally annulled here in Singapore

are you still a filipino citizen? isn't the SG government asking for a certification that you are eligible to marry?
