I just want to ask if the 1,000 pesos incentive is taxable?? and if yes, how many percent is the tax? because may employer deducted 100 pesos from my incentive as tax. I just received 900 pesos.

all income is taxable. the annual exemption can be up to 30k total in bonuses including 13th month pay. beyond that it's taxable
