Hello All,

I hope I could find some legal advice about my current Orthodontist.

I am currently having my TMJ treatment and orthodontic plan in dental clinic somewhere in City. My Ortho, gave a substantial amount (270,000 Pesos) of plan for my case. They let me signed the paper indicated the plan she is going to follow, but subject to change because of my Ortho condition.
My eagerness to cure my condition, eventhough I am doubting for the amount and the process allow me to accept the plan they offer by signing it.

I realize during the process that, It seems that the plan they provide me is not reasonable, they are not difficult to reach because they have two clinic, always in hurry during my turn.
I consult other specialist and I heard that its not appropriate the one they are performing / plans towards my case.

I payed almost 41,000 Pesos as initial payment as they perform orthodontic treatment in my case.
I want not to pursue anymore with them, do they have the rights to sue me in this case?

Any information/legal advice is appreciated.

Kind Regards,
yuubouna

best to deal with them directly for a good exit. if they do sue, your defense should be to produce the testimony of the doctors who think it's a bad idea
