i'm married in the Philippines, i am a permanent resident of the U.S.A. ... I WANT TO SEPERATE FROM MY HUSBAND BECAUSE HE ALWAYS HIT ME AND NEVER RETURN TO HIM.WHAT MUST I FILE SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE?
