yong kapatid ko may problem. 20yrs ago biglaan ang naging kasal nila ng babae tapos after a week nag abroad na kapatid ko. nabalitaan nya na ang asawa nya ay nakiki-sama sa isang tomboy. inamin ng babae ito. nagkaroon sila ng kasulatan na hiwalay na sila at nag-asawa na ang babae. pwd ba maging void yong kasal nila? ano po ba dapat gawain ng kapatid ko. salamat po

he has to file a petition to have his marriage declared void by proving there is a valid ground.

it depends why it was dismissed, if for lack of evidence, then it's just a one shot deal.
