i accepted and signed an offer overseas but the tenure of contract will start next month.
i informed them that i am backing out.
now they are planning on penalizing me big time. but then, ang nakalagay sa contract, i need to pay them if i terminate/resign my employment from them. e ang nakalagay sa contract ko, next month pa ang start ko.
may habol ba talaga sila sa akin?
may counterpart company kasi sila dito sa pinas.
