Arresto Menor

Sir/Madam:

Please help me. I am a co-terminus employee with the incumbent (governor of a province). What are my rights as a co-terminus employee. Do I have a security of tenure up to the tenure of the appointing official. Is it lawful to change my status from co-terminus to casual employee without my due knowledge and consent?

Please help. Thank you very mcuh!
