ang parents po namin ay may conjugal property. namatay na po ang aming ama nung 2005 ang mother po naman namin ay namatay nitong jan. 21, 2011. gumawa po ang mother namin ng will bago sya namatay sa harap ng abogado. pwede po bang masunod ang nilalaman ng will o batas pa rin ang susundin. salamat po ng marami

the will should be followed unless it is unlawful. it should be filed for probate with the courts.

masasabi po bang unlawful ang will kung ito ay ginawa na hindi maayos pagiisip ng mother namin. At ang will ay pirmado ng mother namin at ung pinagmanahan nya. At walang witness na ibang tao sa will. Ginawa po will ng December pero nung mamatay ang mother namin nung january 21 hindi po ito nakanotarize at walang pirma ng abogado. Itanong ko lang po kung valid ang will na ito

paano po kung nagkasundo sundo na kaming magkakapatid na hindi na sundin ang will at hatiin na lang ang property equally. pinirmahan naming lahat na magkakapatid ang napagkasunduan. hindi na rin namin babasahin pa ang will at babalewalain na lang. ano po ba dapat gawin para hindi na magmaterialze ang will na ito
