tanong kolang po ... regarding our rights as an owner of right of way...pwede po ba kaming hinde pahintulutan ang paglagay ng water pipes sa isang business entity ...kasi nagbungkal sila ng lupa sa private na right of way namin at wala po kameng written na kasunduan tungkol po dito

try to visit the nearest Public Attorney's Office in you area and please bring any of the following documents so that you could engage the services of a Public Attorney
1. latest income tax return
2. certificate of Indigency from the DSWD who has jurisdiction in your place of residence
3. certificate of indigency from the barangay Captain who has jurisdiction in your place of residence
note you must be earning below 13,000 pesos net income (if you live in cities) 12,000 in municipalities to be able to be qualified for the service of the government lawyers
