Well the story about that is,

Somebody in the US send a funds to his employee BUT there is no papers signing nor contract any logs that he is an employee of the said person from US. He send funds to someone he trust in the bank transaction. The Filipino national did not do that transaction, US national himself do that transaction. Now this guy has been arrested because of the illegal business which they conduct. And put into jail. So the guy run with the money of US national now the US national wanted to file a lawsuit against that guy For Qualified Theft and Estafa if the said case is wrong what would be the case for the Filipino national?
