I went to NBI to claim my clearance today and I found out that there was a charged filed against me way back 2006. I was advised to check my case on the prosecutors's office but I was so afraid. My questions are:
1. Will the case reflects on my NBI clearance? If so, will the BPO terminate my contract if they found out??
2. How can I get a clearance from the prosecutor's office?
3. If I have a warrant will I go to jail?
