Couple has been separated for 9 years. The husband live in with another woman with a daughter and never showed nor support his daughter from his legal wife. The wife now also has a BF, not being financially capable of, the wife can't file an annulment. She desided to fake his death to get married again and settle a new life. he is certainly alive but he is legally dead. meaning his death is registered at the NSO. Q: what could be the consequences of this act?

real husband can file petition to annul her 2nd marriage and if it can be proven she knew that he was really alive, she can be charged with bigamy.
