During the interview process MOST of us were promised that we will only take 10% (Minimal) calls per day. so kung iisipin po natin sa 8 hours shift nasa 1 hour to 1.5 hours lang per shift diba pag 10%

we were promised nung nag aapply palang kami lahat. PERO nung dumating na sa floor MOST of us ay pinag ca-calls na ng buong shift (8 Hours), Ang masama pa dito, ang sinasabi nung management na

"I dont want excused, I want them to LOGIN!"

ganyan sila kalupet.. pero pag dating sa interview ang bait bait nila.. at hindi lahat ng agents ang nag-cacalls. dahil 30+ computers lang ang merong license for calls. at ang ginagawa nila yung 30 na mapipili nila ang kukuha talaga ng calls for their entire shift.

Makatarungan ba ito? Is there a law for such cruelty to agents? parang animal kasi ang trato.

i don't think thinking 1.5 hours of work for a shift is realistic. from your facts, i don't see any clear violation of labor law, just your expectations.

there are other employers if you don't like this one.
