I have a 1 yr old child with my ex Canadian boyfriend. He works in Thailand for a US multinationan company and I know he is earning much. He now lives with his new gf and travels frequently for pleasure.
he has been sending child support since my daughter was born but it has been continiously decreasing. what are the things I should do to have him send fixed amount of money and not decreasing. Can a court in the Phils order him to pay certain amount?

threaten to file a case of economic abuse and that you'll use his company's address.

if you do file a case, it will be difficult to have it enforced even if you win
