ask ko lang po kasi im a call center agent i was hired last august and then yung account namin maphase out na so sobrang avail kami talagang konting calls na lang yung natatanggap namin so ang nangyare nagover staff kami nung una pinapirma kami na magrereduce ng 1hour sa working hours namin para hindi na daw magtanggalan ng mga agents so ayun nga from nov. 21 nagstart na siya magreduce ng hours and then nung nov. 28 biglang sinabi nalang ng TL ko na wag ka ng mag log-in kasi daw tinanggal na daw kami and ang nakalagay non-regularization na daw kami kasi we did not meet the standards of the company or the metrics, meron kasi kaming stack ranking dun Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 sa buong wave namin lahat ng nasa Q2-Q4 ayun lahat kami natanggal as in. on the spot walang pasabi sabi biglang pinapirma na kami and sabi ko what if hindi ko pirmahan yan sabi nalang hindi daw namin makukuha yung back pay namin kaya no choice ako kundi na force to sign.
so question ko po kung applicable pa din ba yon na wala man lang due process? or wala man lang notice ng 30days before materminate kami or any 2nd chance na maimprove yung metrics namin? pwede ko po bang ireklamo to and manalo sa case? thanks
