annulment of marriage

hello atty, can you pls advice me what to do. I got married last 2002 and had a child, unfortunately the said child has a congenital heart decease. after a year we separated and never seen each other since then. year 2004 i went abroad, dreaming and aiming to let my child undergo heart operation but may 2006 my child passed away. Since then I didnt heard anything from my husband. After a year (2007) i learned that he got married again. Our marriage was legal because i even got a copy from the NSO, and even his 2nd marriage was legal because it is registered at NSO. Few years ago, he separated to his 2nd wife because he has another woman. and the 3rd wife, they have a child.

my consent is, what shall i do on this matter? the 2nd wife had already petitioned the nullity of her marriage. Can I file a case against him even though i dont know his whereabouts? And at the same time, can I file for the annulment?

so sorry to hear your story. you can file a case of bigamy against him where the second wedding was celebrated.
