Sir, need some advice.. Our company is a sole entity then all of a sudden they will be a merging with other companies.. the problem is they will file a redundancy and because of this less manpower will be needed. we dont have UNION in the company.. Ano po ba ang pede namin gawin kasi mga regular na kami dito? anong benefits ang pede namin habulin if we will be the unlucky ones? 5 years na po ko dito...

it is within management prerogative to reduce workforce. you will be entitled to separation pay of 1 month for every year of service
