Arresto Menor

Hi. I would like to ask if the management is allowed to suddenly change our night differential from 20% to 10% without prior notice to the employees? For almost 2 years we're receiving a 20% for working on night shift and suddenly they change it to 10% only for the reason that it is stated by law..
