Arresto Menor

I need your help. I am a store manager of our store. And last month during my day off something was stolen from our store. It was clearly an inside job. The company couldn't find out who the culprit was. So they decided to charge us.
I would like to ask if I am still accountable for what happened even if the incident occurs during my day off? Thanks and more power!

if they make deductions without your consent, your remedy is to file a complaint at dole or nlrc
