I need an advice po.. Is there any way to sue a person who's accusing you for things that you don't do? and spreading rumors that isn't true? sad to say ex-boyfriend ko pa sya. I heard may LAW na daw kasi na pwede isue ang lalaki for insulting a woman... please help!! I had a boyfriend for two months. okay naman kami at first month LDR situation because i have to go back to province for business, to make the story short this guy kept on insulting me lately, there was this time he texted me: "F*ck you." - just because i didn't come to his friend's birthday party which i never promised na pupunta ako and i got some things to do.
second message: "kaya ka nalalaspag eh. settle down ka na next time baka matikman ka ng buong bayan, sakit yan tyaka nakakababa ng tingin
)" "kapag nabuntis ka baka sa huli hindi mo pa alam kung sino ang tatay, kawawa naman ang baby" - because i broke up with him.
third message: "are you into esc*rt service or pr*stitution? im not stupid, i know the truth. don't worry it'll be between us, you have my word. anyway sorry and thanks for everything." - (because i have money to spent and yet undergrad and jobless ako). when i asked him "how can he say so?" he said: "there were people who saw you. this is REALITY." "im breaking up with you and its final. just wanna make it clear, papunta ka pa lang pabalik na ako, i have multiple reliable sources. I know the truth, thats all i can say." i replied: "ilabas mo sakin kung sino nagsabi, i dont owe anyone any explanation pero sympre pagkatao ko at stake ang nakataya dito!" he didn't replied anymore. next thing i knew, nagpopost na sya sa wall nya on facebook stats like: magdasal ka nga para mapunta ka sa babaeng matino then his friend replied: "at hindi sa babaeng kaladkarin", "some girls are sweet and generous but crazy in the inside,grabe nakakatakot. i think i need to pray a lot". "if you were in my position i bet you will be scared too, grabe scary".
my friend for 7 years texted him asking him to stop spreading rumors at eto ang reply nya: "im not spreading it, its just between me and ***** when i said that yesterday morning sa text. now everyone knows bout it coz she's telling people i said that to her which i admit naman. since naging kami we always talk and see each other, minsan 24hours straight pa kami magkasama, i even stayed in her fishy qc apartment a lot. then you'll realize my question has basis. i was her bf so i know things that random friends of her did not know." he's my bf for 2months and now he's accusing me of things like being an escort. its degrading.. he's ruining me
im really pissed at him like hell, babae lang kinakaya nya. i want to sue him because of disrespecting me, may ari pa man din sila ng school tapos ganyan sya magsalita sa babae, i never cheated oh him, i never done something unforgiveable naman. infact iv been the most understanding, generous gf that he could have. :'(
ps: mainfluence po ang family nung guy dahil mapera po sila, while ako po jobless ngayon at patulong tulong lang sa business ng parents ko. please help po. thank you.
