I want to file a lawsuit to an employer that terminated me and not paying me properly. First, I'm not getting my payment after fourtyfive days to sixty days because I was terminated? It is not based on my contract. 2nd of all, after termination, I was kept for another 4 hours waiting for the papers as they said to get signatures from individuals to release me from them on top of the 8 hours I've spent in there as a trainee. And third, it took me another whole day to look and waited for these people that needed to sign the paper I've gotten to be released. And these procedures aren't in my contract at all if ever terminated. Another policy was applied over my contract in order for me to get paid. How can I file a lawsuit with my scenario? If anybody have a heart enough to help me, what you've done to others will be returned 3times as much. Thank you.

There is something missing in your story... Kindly provide us with more details, re:

1. Are your a local employee, seaman or working abroad?

2. Length of work in the said company;

3. Nature of work;

4. Place of your employer; and

5. Employment contract, if any.
