Arresto Menor

Hi,

I found this site while trying to find some information about a commercial lease. I am trying to find what law governs commercial leases in the Philippines so that I can read it and become familiar with it.

But so far I have only found rent laws that have to do with residential property. I am beginning to think there are no laws that specifically address Commercial Leases in RP.

What Forum would I need to go to ask this question?
