IT Company BOND

Hi po,

Im currently working as an engineer for an IT services company, they trained me for 2 trainings. Yung una is worth 90k (2 years), second is 130k (plus 1 year). Nakasaad dun sa contract na kung ano yung latest contract, sya ung susundin. Ngayon natanggap ako for another company and I have submitted my letter of resignation considering 30 days notice. Here's my queries:

1. Ngaung ngresign ako, they are asking me to pay 220k, in fact wla naman nakasaad sa contract na additive ung amount or automatic na ba un?

2. Next, im asking them if I can pay them in installment kaso they refused agad na byaran ko whole amount of 220k.

3. In case madelay ko yung pagbyad sa kanila, meron bang possibility na kasuhan nila ko? under what charges?

4. May nakukulong po ba sa ganitong situation?

atty, in case of the two contracts. Is it automatic na additive ung cost nila kahit hindi explicitly define sa contract?

if the bond will be held to be valid, which i would argue against, then it will be cumulative

Same here sir.. may bond din yung company na pinasukan ko. Then nagsabe ako na mag reresign nako. I have my letter of resignation that day but they refused. They said bayaran ko daw muna ung bond worth 40k. My main reason sa pagreresign ko is, over work ako dun. i mean, may quota kame and I can't reach the quota because hindi kayang tapusin ng one day for our account that's why I extended my time hanggang umabot na sa point minsan na nag 24hours ako sa office para lang mahabol yung quota and deficiencies ko.. Then nagpapasa ako ng resignation ko but they refused and then after nung araw na yon hindi nako pumasok. they considered me awol. Now, I am requesting for my ITR and at first, they told me that ITR "DAW" is like COE na pag awol, hindi daw binibigay sa mga awol employees.. tama po ba yung ganon?

did the company really file your ITR? what they are obligated to do is to give your BIR 2316 which is cert of tax wittheld. you can make a complaint to BIR
