Falsification in marriage contract

5. Nagkaproblema po ang birth certificate ng anak namin ng hapon dahil di na update ng local civil registrar ang nso, surname ko po ang nakalagay. Pagpunta ko po sa LCR ay hiningan lang ako ng marriage contract at pinagbayad ng 50 pesos para daw sa photocopy at babalik daw ako para ipa lbc ang mga documents sa nso. Pero pinabalik ulit ako dahil mali daw ang spelling ng surname so hinihingan ako ng mga documents or ID na nakalagay ang tamang spelling ng surname.
Ang tanong ko po ay magkakaproblema po ba kung Surname na ng pangalawang asawa ko ang gamit ko sa mga papeles at ID na ipiprisinta ko sa lcr?

your marriage is void and you can file a complaint tho have it declared void. the falsification and corruption, are not strong cases.

The fact po na napabayaan ko ang pag file ng kaso sa husband ko who left us for another woman in June of 2008 dahil  I preferred to work harder for my 2 forsaken kids, all these years they (my husband and his mistress with their 4-year-old son) live just 2 blocks away from us, can I still pursue filing a case? good day. valid po ba ang marriage if my nklagay na marriage license sa certificate? thou I'm sure na dkme ngobtain ng license before that. nkasal kme sa Caloocan, parang office lng nun solemnizing officer on the spot, pero sa certificate municipality ng meycauayan, bulacan (husband is from bocaue, resident nmn aq ng cavite) and date ng license is same as date of marriage, pero 2 days earlier un actual date na kinasal kme sa caloocan. husband was 18 and i was 21 (year 2002), no consent/advise from my parents, husband's parents were living abroad thou dalawang auntie nya present that day as witnesses. nghiwalay kme nun 2008 (he was 24). meron po bang way para mpawalang-bisa ang kasal in my case before going thru annulment. tnx in advance.

Ang sabi po ay dahil ito po ay under article 34 na dahil 5yrs n kamin live in. Pero wala pa nga po kaming 3years na magkarelasyon ng magkaanak po kme. Hi Atty.,

I would just like to ask if what evidence will suffice to file a case of falsification of legal documents? Falsified document was the sworn statement that they are already living together for consecutive five years even if they are not. They use said document in order for them to exemplify themselves in acquiring a marriage license. Who can file the case against them? Can only one of them be sued or both of them since both of them were the signatory of the falsified document? I hope you could lighten my mind regarding with this matter.

ask ko lang po if considered na void yung kasal if yung partner ko di nakarehistro sa nso yung birth date niya sa marriage contract namin ay mali. actually po nu kinasal kami di po kami nag undergo ng seminar for the license nmin, lahat ready on the date ng marriage namin .i  don't know if anu yung provide nyang proof nung inayos yung license namin i ask din yung mga in laws ko that time di dw nakarehistro yung ex husband ko may chance po ba na makapagfile for annulment if ever kasi 9yrs n din kaming hiwalay. thanks po

US is out of Philippines jurisdictions so "NO" you can't sue anyone for bigamy especially if he/she obtain the citizenship where they are based from.

Null and void po b ang kasal kpag fake ung signature at thumb mark ng parents nya sa Birth Cert actually foster parents po nya? Kasi di p xa legally adopted den he had an NSO Birth Cert na gamit ung SURNAME ng foster parents nya hindi nya pnaalam n kumuha xa just to get married s ba2eng naanakan nya.. Wen his foster parents knew abt da marriage dey got mad and registered him a late NSO birth cert using the SURNAME ng biological mom nya.

How can he get a birth certificate with his foster parents surname if this doesn't exist in the first place?

Only the parents can register their children not someone else! If he is not properly adopted, they have no rights to register him.

May plan sna cla adopt ung nag falsify ng doc kaso dhil s di nya pagpa2alam n pagpa2kasal at pag gamit ng USERNAME ng foster parents nya eh ayaw na xa i adopt, so kinuhanan n lng xa ng late registered BIRTH CERT ng foster parents nya gamit ung USERNAME ng mother nya ever since kc nung bngay xa s foster parents nya di na nakontak ung biological mom nya. So ung KASAL po ba nya eh VOID????

Atty what if un marriage hndi dumaan s tamang proseso. I mean hndi nagseminar tas un marriage licence is forged un signature nung lalake kasi nasa ibang bansa pa at that time ginaya na lang signature s iba mga dpat pirmahan na documents. Then, sa actual marriage contract is un place ng ksal is hndi nageexist... Also un nagkasal eh christian born again pero parehas catholic un ikakasal? Then sabi sa Manila daw kinasal sa bahay pero iba nakalagay sa marriage contract s lahat ng nasabi sa itaas po, can it be considered void? Thanks po!
