may anak po sa una ang asawa ko ngaun 4 years old na. gamit po ang apelyido nya sa birth certificate. kasal na po kmi ngaun at may baby na rin na 3 years old. kaka acknowledge lng sa baby ko thru
ra 9255 ba yun? legitimate ba ang anak ko? may nabasa po ako legitimated lang xa dahil ngpakasal na kmi un po ba ang tinatawag na subsequent marriage? eh yung unag anak? legitimate ba un?

legitimate and legitimated have the same rights.

the first child is illegitimate if the parents are not married.

hndi po sila kasal nung una, so illegitimate yun unang bata? thank you. un sa baby ko nman legitimated na xa? kasi nagpakasal na kme eh tas gamit na nya surname ng father thru ra9255? oh may kelangan pa pong proseso dun? anu ano po mga yun?

you need to file a copy of your marriage certificate at the local registrar where you child was registered
