hello po, kindly give me a good advice. The situation is that my ex-business partner file a criminal case against me (estafa) which was already dismissed by the prosecutor. Nag motion po sila but then na deny pa rin. Akala ko tapos na po ang kalbaryo ko, lately this week po may receive akong demand letter for payment sa abogado ng other party. Paano po nangyari yon? Bakit ayaw po nila akong tantanan? Ano po ba best solution nito? ano po gawin ko? please give me a much clearer advice kc litong-lito na ako...
Meron na naman po akong na receive na barangay summon today. Same pa rin ang demand nila sa previous summon na na dismiss. please paki help po...
