May habol ba ang unang asawa sa property namin?

Ikinasal po kame ng husband ko w/o knowing na may asawa pala siya at may 2 anak. Pero separate na sila at napag usapan na nila ang kanilang relasyon na wala ng patutunguan. May sariling bahay na po kame at nakalagay doon sps then sa name namin. May habol po ba ang unang asawa sa property namin if malaman niya? May sariling property na rin sila na nabili ng asawa ko para sa kanila sa province nila. Valid po na ang name ko at ng asawa ko as sps sa title?

yes, the first wife can claim her share of the property. your title will be presumed to be valid until there is a court order stating otherwise. the first wife will have to file a case first.

probably. unless she files a case for inventory of the properties. your husband will have to declare it.
