Hi Atty. ask ko po, pag na dismiss ho ba sa korte yung criminal case na isinampa,, yung records ho ba example sa barangay at saka sa police station.. mawawala ho ba yun i mean ma ki cleared po ba?.. d ba siya magkakaproblema if someday kukuha siya ng police clearance at saka brgy clearance.

it might not be automatic so you should keep copies of the decision of the court.
