Atty. may question pa po ako, kung na dismiss na yung case na isinampa, possible po ba na ma open ulit iyon ng complainant kung gugustuhin nilang buksan yung case.

Please enlighten me po..

if it's a provisional dismissal, it can be reopened within 1 or 2 years depending on the nature of the offense. if final, then no more.

patungkol pa din po to don sa rape case na isinampa sa friend ko,, then na dismiss na ng korte, dahil nag file ng affidavit of desistance yung complainant..

then worried sila baka e open ulit yung case..possible po ba yun na e 0pen...

read the order of dismissal whether it says it is final or provisional.
