Hi, I've just been hired by a company based in U.K. They don't have an office in the Philippines, but the contract they sent me indicated that we would be following the Philippine labor laws. Where could I find the sections applicable to me?

Or is it basically the same as regular employment? Does the company have to be registered here to pay for my government mandated contributions?

Thanks!
