just got married po and may baby na kmi wc is 3 years old, ngaun may girl na nagcclaim na un asawa ko daw dady ng anak nya, dineny po un ng asawa ko, at wala xa pinirmahan na kht ano, problem is un father in law ko ang ngbayad ng hospital bills,para daw po hndi na manggulo ung gurl ngaun nagbabanta un gurl na kakasuhan asawa ko at mghahabol ng sustento, may laban ba kmi if ever?anu po dpat namin gawn?

he is not obligated to acknowledge the child. even better if he is in a position to deny that he is the father in writing.

the mother can file a criminal case, and your defense will be in the fact that he did not acknowledge the child. this will force her to file a petition for filiation and a dna test will be conducted

matagal po ba na process un petition na un saka un dna testing? may lusot pa ba kmi if ever? or kunwari paalisin ko na lang papunta ibang bansa may habol pa rin sila?

the entire process takes time. dna testing, if at UP, will take several months because of the waiting list.

what i mean is whether he has evidence that it could not be his child and he is willing to sign an affidavit to deny he is the father.

just note that behind this other woman is a child who may be legally entitled to support.

what if he goes abroad, mahahabol pa kaya xa dun?

and ano po kaya ang mga evidence na makakapagpatunay na hindi nya anak yun? bukod sa dna? and pano po kumuha ng affidavit to deny thAt he is not the father?

it will be difficult to go after him when he is abroad.

it depends on what evidence the mother has.
