im a supervisor sa callcenter,buntis po ako 2months when i was diagnosed that I have stone in gallbladder,I undergo ERCP.after 2 weeks pumasok ako sa opisina pero di kinaya ng katawan ko so di ako nkpasok ng 3days,ska lang ako nkpgproduce ng med.cert.ulit,,but my manager forwarded my folder to the H.R due to NCNS,wala nman pgbalik ko ng office nghearing and they termed me due to that grounds.kahit wala akong pinirmahan na IR at wala naman akong attendance issue.my laban po ba ako kapag pinasok ko tong kaso ko sa DOLE?what grounds ang pwede kong ikaso?

I have been very much against NCNS as a basis for termination, especially if it's just a few days.
