Hi,
I am a complainant on a criminal case - robbery and a Preliminary Conference and Pre-Trial dates were set already. My question is- do I need a lawyer on this Preliminary Conference?

I don't have any lawyer yet and honestly don't have much money to pay for lawyers. The accused pleaded not guilty during the arraignment but we have a very strong evidence since we caught them in my improvised CCTV and the barangay tanods were able to recover the stolen laptop from the robbers.

please help.. thanks!

at your pleasure, you may hire one if you have the means, otherwise, the Government Prosecutor assigned on such Court will represent you
