Sir,

The name I'm using since birth is Marlon D. Figueroa. All documents I have is under that name. But when I got a copy of a NSO birth certificate I found out that I'm registered as Marlon B. De Sena, my mother's maiden name. I was born August 23, 1990. And my parents were civil married in 1995.

is that your girl friend who first posted this issue?? she said that your father had a first marriage, was it still existing when you were born?

your father can issue an authority to us surname of the father. ask your civil registrar.
