no, you cannot ask for automatic deduction, but support is required until a trade is learned, that can be interpreted as until graduation from college

AddiTional question sir...am i stl entitled to use my father's surname knowing that they're not married?and if i will use my mother's surname is it true that i cannot use her middle name as my middle name?meaning i wont be having a middle name if ill be using my mother's surname?

Is it true sir that if an illegitimate child uses her mother's surname she wont have middle name?

yes, but the proper way to look at that is the child is supposed to use the surname of the mother unless the father signs the affidavit of paternity.
