Need Help Please - Pautang with ATM

Need help regarding debts and collections.

Meron po nagpapahiram ng money sa amin and the collateral is the ATM. Her interest rate is 15% per month.

There are some instances na si lender kumokontak sa akin asking me if meron pa ba akong mga kasama na gusto manghiram. It just so happens na minsan, may mga officemates ako na in need ng pera and I introduced them to her.

There are some instances na ina-advise ko si lender na wag na pahiramin si borrower kasi parang hindi sure kung magbabayad.Pero pinapahiram nya pa rin.

Ngayon, meron iba na hindi na nagbabayad tapos hindi na connected sa pinagtatrabahuan ko. Nag file siya subpoena sa Public Attorney's Office for these people, at sinabi niya na ininclude niya ako sa subpoena kasi ako daw ang nag refer. When in fact, hindi ako pumalya sa pagbigay ng payment sa kanya or sa pagkontak sa kanya.

Pwede niya po ba gawin yun? Ano po ba magagawa ko on my end regarding dito?

do you have written agreements on this interest rate? 15% is unconscionable. you have to show that all you did was refer them

Yun pinasulat nya lng po sa parang listahan nya na notebook. INdicating the receipt of the money.

Can she include me in the subpoena she had for those people I referred?

She has been sending me SMS every hour asking about those people, which disrupts my everyday life already. Is there anything I can do?

you can write her a letter stating that you acknowledge your debt, but you do not feel responsible for the debt of others.
