Just want to ask your advise;
I was employed to a multinational company last Feb 15 2011 up to 11 July 2011, my story goes like this . . .
i was hired last 15 February 2011 syempre under probationary ako til 6 months, pero i decided to file a resignation last 11 June 2011, in the contract that i signed that i should be stay 30days from the date i filed my resignation, apparently i didn't complete the 30 days i leave the company on 30th of June 2011 and didn't come back to them anymore.
my problem is, i still have a 1 week na pondo to them which they are not giving it to me til now.
My question is do they have the right not to pay my 1 week na pondo to them which i have work for, sayang kasi?
