Arresto Menor

Is it falsification of Public documents when i ask someone to make an imitated Original copy of my official trancript of records (TOR) of my old school, yet the information that was put in imitated TOR is true, but the paper is not the same as the Original one. (e.g. font color, paper's texture)

Help. please thank you
