Arresto Menor

hi ask ko lang po kc ung sis in law was charged by oral defamation 2009 nung ngbakasyon xa sa pinas and pgbalik nya sa abroad after 6months lumabas ung warrant of arrest nya sa town nila,ung kaso nya is oral defamation.gusto nyang magbakasyon ds 2011 uli,ano po ba mga tendencies na mangyayari sa kanya for her 1month vacation sa pinas dahil sa case nya.may tendency po ba na i hold xa sa immigration khit na local lang ung case nya and nakaarchive daw.thanks a lot
