pwede pa ba magpakasal khit kasal na sa pinas pero hiwalay na, tpos magpapakasal sa ibang bansa with other person, legal pa ba ung second marriage?

i think po "hiwalay" means not legally separated. just hiwalay.
i also need an answer. it is the same case to one of my friend.
she wanted to get married abroad with a foreigner pra lng po may papers cya as a US citizen. Pag uwi po sya ng pinas, legal p din po ba ang kasal nya? may pananagutan pa din po sa batas pag sakali ipakulong ng husband dito ang amerikano?

kasi po, after na makakuha cya ng green card, balak nya magbakasyon para makita mga anak nya. ejh kaso po gusto sumama nung amerikano. baka po kasi, matunugan ng husband nya dito sa pinas at kasuhan po sila. may karapatan pa din po ba ang husband na maghabla sa kanya> kung sakali po, ano po ang maging kaso na maaaring igawad sa kanila at ano po ang maging hatol?
