Hi..here's the situation, she gave me a fairly large amount of money (p80,000 plus), I promised to pay her(she's actually my aunt) on the following month which I wasn't able to do so. Now, sabi nya magfile daw siya ng summon sa barangay namin. What are my options? DO i have the option of ignoring the summon and not attending the meeting? and if i did, what will happen? thank you
