My friend is the legal officer of a certain government agency. His appointment is on a temporary basis since he is not a full pledged lawyer and his position requires a full pledged lawyer. Temporary positions are renewable every six months of every year. Now, the temporary appointment of A will expire on December this year. Can he be removed anytime if there are applicants-lawyer to the said position even if his appointment will expire on December?
