I would like to receive a professional advice if it is possible.
First of all I want to say that I was served very bad with representatives of T – Mobile company in two Costco stores - St. Louis Park and Maple Grove in MN on Tuesday August 9. (I stood in line 1 hour 20 minutes) after all I still have not been able to get something for what I came. This situation is clearly complicated my life, because everyone knows how to be out of things you really need to. I was sick, I am not feeling well yet, but in this case (emergency or something) I just cannot make a necessary call because I have no phone. I am very disappointed in this service. This is not the first time that I have to deal with such an incomprehensible service. I'd like to know where to go, because I did not get any alternative solutions from the company representatives and store manager. Let me remind you I'm without a phone and not because of my fault. I want to know how company will fix the situation and will they compensate me all inconveniences?
