good day,tanung lang po anu po ang mangyayari kung ang complainant po ay hindi kinuha ang letter na dapat nya po dalhin sa Bureau of Land. Kaya hindi po naayos yung kaso? Pede po ba namin siya sampahan nang kaso? Kami po kasi ang inerereklamo nya pero alam nya po pag dinaan sa legal na paraan talo po siya kaya hindi nya po kinuha yung letter. salamat po

letter po siya na galing sa brgy, nasa nag sasabi na they try tpo fix the problem, pero d po kami pumayag kasi yung gusto po nang complainant pabor lang po sa kanya. Sabi po ang lupon dadalhin daw po yun nang complainant sa Bureau of Land para dun na daw po namin pag usapan.

is this letter the Certificate to File Action?

I don't believe that any party to a case in a bgy proceeding can be compelled to bring a letter anywhere, but it's up to the complainant if they will take it further.

ganun po ba. Ang gusto lang po kasi namin mahati yung lupa nang equal at matituluhan po yung part nang father ko. Tatlo (3) po silang nakatira sa lupa at may kanya kanyang bahay po. At gusto nya po malaki yung part nya.
