Hit on the name

is it possible to get a hit on your name even if you were not informed that you have a case or you didn't receive any notice?

Atty., gano po katagl ang process ngayon ng pagkuha ng NBI Clearance? Kasi po ay pauwi ako by next month to transfer to a new company. I need the NBI Clearance for visa stamping sa Saudi Embassy. The last couple of times na kumuha at nagrenew ako ng NBI Clearance ay HIT ako. What would be the maximum waiting time to acquire the document? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance.

may kakilala po kasi ako gumamit ng dalawang pangalan sa NBI. Pwede ko po ba cya ireport sa NBI using two names.

hindi n ba cya makakakuha ng NBI nun kung sakali?

Gud pm atty! I went to NBI early this morning to renew my clearance, but then I was told that the system has been changed and there are no renewals. So I applied again for a new one together with my friend. There was a guy who checked our form and we thought at that time that he was just really nice. But then when my fingerprints are being taken, the mr. nice guy suddenly appeared there and the guy who's taking my fingerprints told me that I have I case. And I was like, "whaaat??" then he said "kasi ninakaw mo daw yung puso nito" (referring to the nice guy) and I just laughed and they laughed too then mr. nice guy whispered something to the guy who's taking my finger prints. Right after that he told me that this mr. nice guy wants to talk to me and so I approached him and he told me that I got a hit. That I have the same name with someone and that this someone has a case. But when I filed last July, there was no problem. I don't have the same name with anybody. I'm just wondering that maybe it was not really a "hit" but a "trip". Because he wants me to contact him for my clearance on feb 14. My mom was really furious when I told her about this and she wanted to go there tomorrow. And I tried to calm her and stop her. I told her that maybe it was true, but I really don't believe that guy. Right from the start, it was like a big joke. My friend got hers, but they didn't gave mine. Because that guy wants me to return and meet him up. Is there any way for me to know if I really do have the same name with someone?? Because I have a rare name that's why I really can't believe it! Hope you can give me some advice.
