I need legal advice about my American Husband

My name is Wena, married to American from California.We have two children together. When I was 17 we moved in together. He told me he never been married but has kids. However, he was married at the time we got married. We were legally married on Jan.07.2005. I have the papers from US embassy a legal capacity that he signed that he has never been married (Appendix A). When we were together I was able to talk of his children and the mother of his children. Which is Sharon and Shannon, Their mother’s name is Maria, First, Ididn’t know that she was the ex-wife until she told me that she is the 5th wife and I am the 6th. And she mentioned what their names are. She also mentioned that he has 12 kids already. I didn’t believe it because he kept telling me that Maria is a liar and she cheated on him. Later, Maria send me the copy of the Divorce paper (Appendix B). I found out that he was still married to Maria at the time he married me. I have a copy of the divorce paper and the Legal capacity (Appendix C) that he signed stating that he has never been married. Despite those facts, I still stayed with him. I took care of him, bathed him, clothed him, cooked for him, and fed him. He treated me like a nanny instead of wife. I was 8 month pregnant of my second daughter when he told me to leave our house. He told me“I was lazy” as his reason. At that time he hired a nanny. He said he found the girl lying down at the terrace so he adopted her. The girl was 15 or 16 years old when she became pregnant with his child. Now they have a daughter named Savana Mitchell.
My kids are dual citizen. Im receiving Social Security Benefits.

I have few questions about it.

1. What kind of case I can file it to him?
Does his married status void our marriage contract?
2.If my married is annulled . does my children lose their American citizen?
3.What other child support are the children in title to? Under Filipino code?
4.Is there any case i can file to him about his under age girlfriend?
5.Do u know any attorney who can help me?

you can file a case of bigamy, but you need a certified copy of the divorce. if he is not giving support, you can charge economic abuse.

No i didnt file a complain yet. I ask my friend to help me to write down. I have certified copy of the divorce paper and Legal capacity that shows he signed that hes never been married. bigamy can be filed where your marriage was held. but you will also need to prove that his certificate of elligibility was issued irregularly.

Hi my name is Tess and here is my problem..the court ordered a child support for my child after my marriage has been dissolved last Sept. 21, 1996 in California,USA. My child during that time was 5 years old. I am living here in the Philippines and my son is with me ever since but is now 19 years old. I have never received anything from their father ever since as child support and since i am not living in the USA i have no knowledge that there was actually a child support intended for my child or maybe it was kept from me until i asked for a copy of the court's order just recently and had found out about the support i am supposed to get from him. IS there any possibilities that I can file a case here even though he is residing in USA and is already a citizen there?
Can I file a case against him for not fulfilling the court's order and request for a backpay? Furthermore, just recently he told me that he is going to file an annulment in the US so he can marry in the church again and was asking me some information to process the case. I pleaded him to help my child first in his college studies and I will give the infos he wants but unfortunately he denied this pleas and instead told me that he can pursue the case anyway without my help. Is it really true that he can pursue the annulment case even without my consent? Please I need your advice. thank you.

why would he file an annulment if your marriage was already dissolved?

it's really going to be difficult for any case to prosper if he's in the USA. does he ever come here?

..no he never returned here since then. He wants to get married in the church thats why he wants annulment. So what do you suggest that I should do if I dont want to cooperate/agree in this annulment case?

is he referring to a catholic church annulment? if so, you can oppose it under the rules of the canon law.
