will there be a case or none?

i have a military friend who has a problem.. Last thursday he was asked by his girl officemate who is also a military to drive her car and accompany her to the public market to buy some stuff for a military event. she gave the key to my friend at once. while on their way they just talked on things, tell jokes, funny stories until their conversation was all about men and women. about illegal relationships. since they knew each other and friends since they were young hindi sa sila nagkakahiyaan kung ganun man ang mapagusapan nila. sanay din sila na garapalan ang lokohan nila. on their way back to the office they went to jollibee drive thru. naglolokaohan pa rin sila sa mga pinaguusapan nila. hanggang sa biniro sya ng friend ko na dadalhin nya o idadaan nya yung girl sa isang motel along the way to see. they went there and the boy of the motel immediately rolled down the cover and went inside the room. my friend get out of the car and followed the boy inside to tell him to roll up the garrage cover cause they were leaving. hindi pa sila naka three minutes dun. when they went out the premises of the motel my friend told her that OH AYAN HA WALANG NANGYARI BIRUAN LANG NATIN YAN HA. and they laughed. the girl said HARMFULL KA PALA HINDI HARMLESS. and they laughed again. when they arrived in the office my friend again said to the girl OY YUNG KANINA WALA YUN HA. BIRUAN LANG NATIN YUN HA. the girl answered OO NAMAN SIR. after a while the girl's husband arrived to pick her up. my friend was the one to call her. the girl still said that SIR THANK YOU HA before she leave. the next day when my friend arrived to their office, he was shocked that the office board were on meeting. nagsumbong ung girl sa commandant nila na dinala sya sa motel ng friend ko and then pinatawag naman ng commandant yung asawa para sabihin ang nnangyari. pinainbistigahan tuloy silang dalawa. the girl's husband was so mad and told others that he will do everything to file a case and make my friend be discharged from service. until the statement of the girl was different. kesyo may dala raw baril yung friend ko. sabi raw nya eh ayoko, ayoko, ayoko. kinausap sila separately on what happened. my friend told the truth. he narrated what really happened. kung tutuusin nga pwede nya ideny yun kasi wala namang evidence na dinala nga nya sa motel. walang nakakita. pero sinabi pa rin ng friend ko ang totoo. my question is may pwede bang ikaso sa friend ko?

i'm not familiar with military law, but this would be a possible sexual harassment case
